Modern luxury ground floor apartment Situated in a secure setting on the Baviera Golf Course. The 18 hole golf course is located in the best area of Axarquia between the ocean and the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda, with views of the sea, mountains and the beautiful countryside. The course is only 30 minutes by car from Malaga airport. The beach and yacht marina at Caleta de Vélez are 800 m. away, as well as shops and restaurants in the center of Torre del Mar, the Aquavelis water park and the Ingenio shopping mall. Casa Carmencita is located in the Axarquia region, with its sub-tropical temperatures is known for the best climate in Europe. This comarca (district) is bordered by the Mediterranean to the south and mountains, which shelter the area, to the north and east. This provides a barrier from cold north winds and the 50 km. of coastline maintain mild temperatures in winter. 3,000 hours of sunshine are enjoyed each year, an average of 8.3 hours per day. Despite the warm climate, from November to May skiing is enjoyed in the Sierra Nevada less than two hours drive away.
