Prices

The prices include the cost of gas and electricity, final cleaning and towel and bedlinen service.

Booking Confirmation

We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and information given herewith. Only the prices quoted in our booking confirmation are binding and final.

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of 35% of the total rental price must reach us before the booking can be confirmed.

Insurance

We do not offer travel insurance to cover the interruption or cancellation of a holiday stay. No refund can be made.

Final Payment

The final payment in cash must be made the day of the arrival.

Security Deposit

With the final payment, a security deposit of 65 € will be required to cover any damage to the property. This deposit will be returned to you on your final day uåon inspection of the property.

Guests are kindly requested to take Good Care of the Property.

Damages

The signatory on the booking form is liable for breakage or damages caused by him/herself and their party. Damages should be declared before departure.

Pets are not allowed.

Swimming Pools

Swimming pool are open from mid June to mid September.

Departure

Kindly vacate your holiday home by 12am on the day of your departure to facilitate the cleaning before the arrival of the next guests.

Should you need extended time for your check out please notify us and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.
